Fall Trail Tour - Bike Event

  • Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge 5437 West Jefferson Avenue Trenton, Michigan, 48183 United States (map)

Join Downriver Linked Greenways (DLG) for a leisurely guided bike ride beginning at the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge and traveling through Lake Erie Metropark before returning to the refuge.

This ~12-mile ride will showcase scenic trails and natural areas throughout the Downriver community while providing participants with an opportunity to learn more about the DLG trail system and the connections it creates between local communities, parks, and natural areas. The ride will take place during daylight hours and is intended to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

This event is free to attend. Participants must bring their own bicycle and wear a helmet. We also recommend bringing water and any snacks you may need during the ride. The meeting and launch location is the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge, located at 5437 W. Jefferson Ave., Trenton, MI 48183. Participants should park in the side lot at the refuge and arrive a few minutes early to allow time to park, unload their bicycle, and prepare for the ride.
